Photos commissioned by you can be edited on Photoshop to make a lot of them more special- this can involve cropping, enhancing the light levels and colours,darkening the edges, and adding as in this case a radial blur- the possibilities really are endless. This photo was taken next to Palace on the Water (Palac na Wodnie) in Warsaw in Feb 2008.
